A new PowerPoint template for Seafish, drawn from the sea
A new PowerPoint template for Seafish, the body supporting the UK seafood sector, with bold blue covers, quayside photography and accessible layouts.
Seafish is here to give the UK seafood sector the support it needs to thrive. Most of its funding comes from a levy on the first sale of seafood products in the UK.
We designed a new PowerPoint template for its teams: title and section slides, text and image layouts, quotes, team pages, charts, tables, timelines and an icon library, plus slides that explain how to use the colours, fonts and logo.
The Seafish palette is taken from the fishing industry itself, from the sea and sky to the equipment and clothing, with names like Sea blue, Oilskin yellow and Lifebuoy orange. A yellow diagonal on deep blue gives the template its signature, and we set minimum text sizes and contrast guidance so slides stay accessible.
What we built
- Covers and section slidesDeep blue title and divider slides with a sweep of Oilskin yellow, paired with photography of fishermen, catches and boats at sea.
- Content layoutsText, image and quote slides, full screen photo layouts with copy, and team pages with space for photos and job titles.
- Charts, tables and timelinesBar, line and pie charts and table styles preset in the Seafish colours, with reminders to add alt text, plus two timeline options.
- Icons and guidanceA library of seafood and industry icons, and slides explaining the colour palette, fonts, text sizes and logo placement.
